Brad Sinrod has started businesses in real estate, financial services and technology. He is a founder and co-manager of Great Oak Capital LP (Villanova, PA), a private investment partnership which finances entrepreneurial and non-bankable real estate projects. Brad is also the founder and President of Spring Mill Group, LLC, a real estate development venture that, along with partners, has more than 3,000 residential building lots and apartments under development throughout Pennsylvania. These projects will result in over $600 million in home sales. Brad is a graduate of Hamilton College and received an M.B.A. from Penn State Great Valley, where he was named the “most outstanding” student in a graduating class of 260 MBA students. In 2005, Penn State awarded Brad the Alumni Achievement Award. Peter Staz is a real estate lender, investor, developer and builder. He is currently building a large student housing project adjoining the campus of a major Pennsylvania university. Pete is experienced in securing approvals for construction projects in Philadelphia. Prior to co-founding Great Oak Capital, Staz also founded Downing Glen Development Company which specializes in renovating and repositioning distressed real estate. At Downing Glen, Staz was responsible for property acquisition, financial analysis, and marketing of real estate. In 2006, Staz received his MBA from Pennsylvania State University. |
